1. What differentiates a bartender from a good bartender?

→ A bartender knows and makes cocktails yes. But a good bartender manages his/her customers based on who they are individually.

2. How do you handle the subjectivity of taste when trying a new spirit?

→ Certain tastes go with certain spirits. And to better understand the customer I may ask for a preference if there’s more than one way to do a cocktail. For example, if they like sweet drinks I would garner the drink to taste more sweet than more like alcohol.

3. Whats the hottest selling beverage at your bar right now

→  It’s between margaritas and old fashions for sure.

5. A cocktail which defines your story?

→  Long Island ice tea tbh lol

6. What is your trick to balance a cocktail?

→ Depends on the cocktail. But 9-10 I’ll remake the whole thing

7. What do you think of AI's role in your industry and does it worry you?

→ Sometimes. For now I think its key to keep up with the AI technology process.

8. How do you balance your work-life?

→ I try to make sure I get the rest my body needs soon as I get my first day back off work. I pay attention to my body and attempt to answer its needs as it needs them. (Hungry, eat. Back sore, massage. Etc)

9. What is something in your career bucketlist that you're currently working towards?

→ I want my own cocktails in stores. To be a real estate agent. And to own numerous properties along with my very own club/lounge that welcomes everyone no matter their gender preference.
