Santa Clausmopolitan

The classic cosmopolitan transmutes into the Santa Clausmopolitan during this time of the year; thanks celebratory festive spirit. Add the award winning Cylinder Vodka to the mix, a spirit capable of elevating any cocktail with its super clean and fresh palate.
Ingredients:
- 1 c. vodka (try Cylinder Vodka, Vodka of the Year, 2021 Bartender Spirits Awards)
- 1 1/2 c. cranberry juice
- 1/4 c. triple sec
- 1/4 c. fresh lime juice
- 1/2 c. fresh cranberries
Run a lime wedge around each glass and then dip in sanding sugar.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and then add the vodka, cranberry juice, triple sec, and lime juice.
Shake in a cocktail shaker, serve in a glass, and add cranberries for garnish.
Spiked Hot Chocolate

A Spiked Hot Chocolate is an unmissable Christmas drink, complemented by dark chocolate, toasted vanilla, and nutmeg flavors of Yolo Brothers Bourbon Whiskey.
Toasted marshmallows raise the drinking experience to another level with their floating presence.
Ingredients:
- 2 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 8 c. whole milk
- 2 cinnamon sticks, crushed
- 8 oz semisweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 to 1 cup bourbon (try Yolo Brothers Bourbon Whiskey, gold medal, 2021 Bartender Spirits Awards)
- Toasted marshmallows, for serving
In a large saucepan, combine cocoa powder and granulated sugar. Whisk in 1½ cups milk until fully incorporated (mixture will be a thick paste). Gradually whisk in remaining 6½ cups of milk. Add cinnamon sticks and bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until you can smell the cinnamon, for about 8 to 10 minutes. Add chocolate chips and whisk until melted. Strain into a second pot, and then stir in the bourbon. Serve topped with toasted marshmallows.

Balancing the spicy tones of Greenbar Ginger Liqueur with fermented banana and papaya cotton candy nuances from Amrut Old Port Rum, Driven Snow is a delicious creamy Christmas cocktail you can sip for long hours. It does well with gingerbread and other baked goodies.
Ingredients:
- Finely-crushed candy canes
- 1 1/2 oz white chocolate liqueur
- 1 oz rum (try Amrut Old Port Rum, gold medal, 2021 Bartender Spirits Awards)
- 1/2 oz ginger liqueur (try Greenbar Ginger Liqueur, gold medal, 2021 Bartender Spirits Awards)
Dip the rim of a glass in water, and then in finely crushed candy canes. Combine white chocolate liqueur, rum, ginger liqueur, and ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously, and then strain into prepared glass. Serve garnished with a bite-size gingerbread cookie, if desired.

Impersonating The Grinch who stole Christmas, this mean and green cocktail can be made with less effort and ingredients. Aromating with mango, golden apple, and over ripe banana scents, it inherits a complex and sweet palate from Bati Fijan White Rum.
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ oz Midori
- 1 oz white rum (try Bati Fijan White Rum, gold medal, 2021 Bartender Spirits Awards)
- 5 oz lemon lime soda
- 1 maraschino cherry
Fill a lowball glass with ice. Add Midori and rum. Top with lemon lime soda and stir gently to combine. Top with a maraschino cherry and enjoy.

Whiffing off gingerbread and soft vanilla undertones, A Berry White Christmas immediately presents with well balanced flavors of orange peel, nutmeg, and cinnamon, derived from Terra Mariae Spiced Rum. The cranberry preserve adds a bit of sweetness to the creamy textured cocktail.
Ingredients:
- 2 oz spiced rum (try Terra Mariae Spiced Rum, Rum of the Year, 2021 Bartender Spirits Awards)
- 2 bar spoons cranberry preserve
- 1 oz lime juice
- 0.5 oz vanilla orgeat
Combine all the ingredients in a shaker over ice and shake. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with mint, dried pineapple, and powdered sugar.

Ingredients:

- 2 oz orange juice
- 2 oz ginger syrup
- 4 oz cranberry juice
- 4 oz club soda
- Orange slices and fresh cranberries to garnish
To a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the whiskey, orange juice, ginger syrup, and cranberry juice. Shake well to combine. Throw in some fresh cranberries and an orange slice for garnish.

Ingredients:
- Flaked coconut for rimming glasses
- 8 cups ice
- 1 cup pineapple juice

- 1/2 cup cream of coconut
Rim the glasses: Pour a thin layer of corn syrup onto a plate and dip the rims into the corn syrup, and then dip in coconut flakes. In a blender, blend ice, pineapple juice, blue curaçao, vodka, and cream of coconut until desired consistency is reached. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Gingerbread Martini

Finely balanced between the sweet caramel and spicy ginger, Gingerbread Martini is unlike any martini you will ever encounter. The herbal and grassy Aupale Vodka adds a sense of freshness to this dense and creamy delight.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
- 1/4 tsp mixed spice
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 6 ice cubes
- 1/2 cup thickened cream

- 1 tbsp Baileys Irish cream liqueur
- Whipped cream, to serve
- Extra caramel sauce, to serve
- Small gingerbread men, whole and crushed
Combine caramel sauce, mixed spice and ginger in a small jug. Place ice cubes, cream, caramel mixture, vodka and Baileys in a cocktail shaker. Secure lid. Shake well to combine. Pour into chilled serving glasses. Dollop with whipped cream. Drizzle with extra caramel sauce. Decorate with whole and crushed gingerbread men. Serve.

For those who feel that the eggnog is not enough, you should go for its jacked up evolution, Mrs. Claus. The white chocolate liqueur makes the drink extra smooth, ending with a velvety finish.
Mrs. Claus likes to dress up, so we have added crushed candy canes for garnish.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup eggnog
- 1.5 oz white chocolate liqueur
- 1 tbsp Peppermint Schnapps
- Whipped cream for garnish
- Crushed candy canes for garnish
Pour the eggnog, white chocolate liqueur, and Peppermint Schnapps into the desired glass and stir to combine completely. Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of crushed candy cane.
